The Water St. Cafe, we pride ourselves on showcasing many of the world’s best wines but are even more thrilled to bring you the best selection of BC wines in Canada.
Your Water St. Café team has put together a collection of unique wineries, bottles and varietals grown right here in British Columbia that is quite remarkable.
Like the landscape, each bottle of British Columbia wine delivers a diverse sensory experience that is as extraordinary as the province itself. Each sip is a reflection of the people that created it and the land from which it is crafted.
With over 300 wineries, winning more than 2000 medals in national and international competitions, British Columbia is attracting winemakers from all over the world.
The variety of soils, slopes of the vineyard, weather and proximity to water contributes to the unique variety of B.C. wine. Sensational summers followed by warm autumn days and brisk nights allows grapes to ripen slowly, developing balanced fruit with complex, exceptional flavours.
Our grapegrowers and winemakers have a deep respect for the land and they farm sustainably to ensure fruitful harvests for years to come.
Water St. Café invites you to join us in savouring all that makes the wines of the BC and the world so special. Cheers!
